Board of Directors Bio
Kassi Heidenreich
Kassi is a wife, a mother of two, and a recovering perfectionist who built a multi-decade career in sales by doing things differently—intentionally, authentically, and always with heart. With over 29 years in corporate sales, she has generated more than $100 million in revenue for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 medical companies to family-owned businesses and founder-led service firms. Her greatest superpower? Making people feel truly seen, heard, and valued in every conversation.

She is the founder of SalesThread, a business development consultancy dedicated to helping companies grow revenue by aligning their sales strategy with human-first leadership. Kassi believes that the most effective sales teams aren’t just focused on closing deals—they’re in the business of building trust, setting clear expectations, and creating sustainable, win-win partnerships that last. From the very first Future Connect Date (FCD) to the final invoice, her approach is rooted in transparency, empathy, and clarity.

Kassi’s deep experience in leadership, team development, and navigating high-pressure sales environments has shaped her signature framework centered on Mindset, Actions, and Words. Through this lens, she guides business owners, sales directors, and VPs of Sales to grow their teams and revenue without sacrificing their well-being. Her coaching and training create a ripple effect: stronger leadership, more empowered teams, and a whole lot less burnout.

She’s passionate about redefining what success looks like—especially for high-achieving women who have been conditioned to chase perfection. After years of mentoring top performers and learning the hard way how to prioritize herself, Kassi now helps others lead with both strength and softness. She shows up with both strategy and soul—proving that you don’t have to lose yourself to reach the top.

When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her on a long walk with her husband, cheering on her kids from the sidelines, or holding space for women to step into their power. Kassi’s philosophy? Leadership isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room—it’s about being the clearest, the kindest, and the most grounded in who you are. Because when you lead from within, the rest tends to follow.
