Board of Directors Bio
Brianne Joseph
Bri is absolutely thrilled to be a part of FAB! From the moment she learned about the group, she knew it aligned perfectly with her heart’s mission. She has always envisioned being a resource for women—especially those who are aching to step into their most authentic selves, not just in one area, but in all aspects of their lives. Her passion lies in helping women realize their power, their purpose, and their potential. Bri’s overarching goal is to empower others to leverage their unique passions and strengths to build meaningful, successful lives—on their own terms.

She deeply believes that showing up as your true, unfiltered self—not the version molded by societal expectations or past experiences—can exponentially change the course of your life. That transformation starts with honesty, vulnerability, and connection. That’s why Bri’s mission at FAB goes beyond just being involved—she’s committed to truly knowing every woman who joins. She wants to sit down with each person, hear their story, and walk alongside them in their journey—offering encouragement, support, and real conversations about reclaiming power in a world that often feels heavy.

In addition to her commitment to collaboration and uplifting women in her community, Bri is also a seasoned professional in her field. She is a Senior Loan Officer with NEXA Mortgage and has been immersed in the world of home financing for over nine years. Her approach to lending mirrors her approach to life—personal, empowering, and rooted in trust. She loves being part of such an important milestone in people’s lives and brings deep care and expertise to every transaction.

But the most cherished part of Bri’s life is her family. She is a proud and devoted mom to three spirited kiddos—Jaiyon (7), and twins Luca and Nova (5)—who keep her on her toes and constantly inspire her to be her best self. She’s also married to her wonderfully patient and grounded husband, Rohan, who brings balance and unwavering support to their beautifully chaotic life together.

Bri brings heart, fire, and a genuine desire to see women win—not just in business, but in life. She’s here for the connections, the growth, and the sisterhood that FAB stands for.
